What is Lubatti?
Lubatti is an exclusive and timeless collection of luxury skincare products that have stood the test of time. The products were inspired and developed using Madame Lubatti’s secret recipes, which date back as far as the 1920s. Madame Lubatti was a skin expert in her time. For the last 20 years, Tracey Malone has been using these recipes (handed down to her) with her exclusive client set.
Who created the Lubatti Skincare Collection?
Madame Lubatti was a pioneer of homeopathy in her time, but she soon discovered her first love was in fact skincare. She created her own hand-mixed products for her clients, using these for her facials treatments and then selling to her clients. Many of the ingredients found within the Lubatti Collection are derived from Madame Lubatti’s potions - the formulations have been adjusted slightly to meet changing consumer needs and advances in skincare, but have lost none of their efficacy.
Why is it called Lubatti?
It is named after Madame Lubatti herself, who inspired Tracey Malone with her wonderful recipes.
Who is Tracey Malone?
Tracey Malone, the daughter of Eileen Malone and sister of Jo Malone, has been involved in skincare practically all her life. She perfected her art as a facialist with her exclusive set of client over the last 20 years, and has continued to hand-mix products for her exclusive clients - you can find more in-depth detail here.

Are your products endorsed by anyone?
Tracey Malone has an extensive list of society clients who have gladly endorsed her products. HRH Princess Alexandra has been a loyal client for a number of years, as well as many other society ladies, e.g. Lady Beaverbrook, and some Hollywood celebrities.

When is money taken from my account for payment of products?

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Lubatti values its customers and respects their privacy. Any information we collect about you is held with the utmost care and security. We use the latest strong encryption technology to ensure that all transactional information is protected to the highest standard. If an item is out of stock, how long before it re-stocked?
We do not anticipate our products will go out of stock, however, in this unlikely event, products will be re-stocked as soon as possible.
Can I purchase an item that is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to add this to your basket. If you want to place an order for an item which is out of stock, please contact us here and our team will be able to help you place your order.

Where can I get a product catalogue from?
There are several ways. You have an option to receive a Lubatti brochure online, you can download a brochure from this website or the Lubatti brochures are also available at selected SpaceNK stores.
Does Lubatti test on animals?
None of Lubatti’s products have been tested on animals, nor have we used any ingredients derived from animals.
Do your products use any organic ingredients?
Whilst some of our ingredients are organic, Lubatti is not an organic skincare range and does not claim to be an organic skincare range. We believe we have sourced the finest fragrances and very best ingredients for our luxurious skincare range and people won’t be disappointed.
Are Lubatti products hypoallergenic?
All the products in the Lubatti Collection are allergy tested. If you know of an ingredient that you are allergic to, please contact us here and we will send you a full ingredients list for the relevant product(s) before deciding to make a purchase. We recommend patch tests for customers using new products. If you suffer from a skin condition such as eczema or psoriasis, please consult your GP before trying a new product.
Is the Lubatti skincare collection suitable for all ages?
Yes, Tracey Malone’s current clients are wide ranging and span many generations. It is true that women of all ages want to look and feel beautiful and Lubatti was brought to life with that intention. It is also true that as we get older, our skin needs more moisture and more hydration and that is one of Lubatti’s key benefits.
What if I get a reaction to the product range?
All our products have been dermatologically tested in our laboratories as well as independently, and adhere to the correct legislation (both in the UK and the USA). Given that these products (based on the original formulations by Madame Lubatti) have been used for generation, we believe any reaction will be negligible. If anyone does experience an allergic reaction to any of our products, people can contact us direct through our web site. Please also consult your doctor or a healthcare expert if you experience an allergic reaction to Lubatti products.
How do I carry out a patch test?
The inside skin of the wrist is the most effective area on which to carry out a patch test. Simply apply the product to that area and if any irritation occurs, often characterised by a rash, a burning, prickly or tingling sensation, redness or any other temporary discoloration of the skin, remove the product immediately with warm water and a damp cloth.
Are Lubatti products suitable to use on sensitive skin?
All Lubatti products have been dermatogically tested. However, everyone’s skin is unique and it is impossible for us to generalise about how your skin will react to every ingredient. If you know of an ingredient to which you are allergic, please contact us and we will send you a complete ingredients listing of the relevant product(s), before deciding to make a purchase. Even the most gentle ingredients can cause sensitivity in certain people’s skin, therefore, we recommend patch-testing a small amount of product on the inside skin of the wrist first.
Can I use Lubatti products if I am pregnant?
The Essentail Anti-Cellulite Oil contains a number of essential oils, which would not be suitable during pregnancy or whilst breast feeding. Please contact your doctor or healthcare professional in the first instance to seek advice and guidance.
What if someone eats or drinks your products?
We have created a topical range of skincare products that are not for internal consumption. However, if someone should digest any of our products, we advise anyone to seek medical advice from their doctor or healthcare expert.

How much does it cost to deliver products?

I don’t live in the UK, do you deliver abroad?
Orders made online can be delivered anywhere in the world. Please note, extra charges may apply. For full details, please see our Delivery section.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
For Next Day delivery or orders over a certain amount, a signature may be required. If you will not be at home during normal office hours, you can provide us with an alternative secure delivery address where you or someone else on your behalf will be able to sign for the delivery. Lubatti cannot accept responsibility for mislaid parcels.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Yes, we do deliver to PO Boxes, however, please note that this will be at our customers' own risk and Lubatti accepts no responsibility for mislaid parcels.
I am buying Lubatti products as a gift. Do you provide gift wrapping?
All of our products will be delivered in a beautifully presented black outer box, amid layers of shredded black tissue paper. For special occasions, we offer boxed gift-wrapping that is perfect for holding 2-4 Lubatti products. You can add gift-wrapping to your order on checkout of your purchase.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once we have received your order, Lubatti will email you with your order number. Please quote this order number in all correspondence. You can also contact our customer services team at Contact Us with regard to your query.
Returns
If I don’t like the product I’ve bought, can I get a refund?
Lubatti hopes you will be satisfied with your order and aims to always provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. If however, you are not completely happy with your order, we will gladly offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of goods being delivered. This is provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

I’ve been given a gift I don’t like. What do I do?
Lubatti will be happy to offer you an exchange. Please email us here with further details and a member of our customer care team will assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
If in addition to our returns policy under the distance selling regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the merchandise to us.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Lubatti as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please do not send returns to the following address - Lubatti Ltd, PO Box 4136, Forest Park, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG42 9HH as this will only delay refunds or replacements being actioned.
