Lubatti offers you three delivery options when purchasing online:

Delivery within the UK:

• Standard Delivery: £4.95 including VAT.  Delivery 3-5 working days from dispatch.

• Next Day Delivery: £7.95 including VAT (via courier delivery where a signature is required).  If you will not be at home during normal office hours, you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel on your behalf.

Overseas Delivery:

• Overseas Delivery: £15 including VAT.  Delivery 5 – 10 working days from dispatch.

Please note: International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based on each country's specific regulations. Lubatti is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes. Should the recipient refuse to pay these charges, the purchaser will be liable to pay the returns costs. If the returns cost exceeds the products value and the option of abandoning/destroying the goods is chosen, no refund will be given for the order. Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in many countries. This may result in a small delay to the delivery of orders to certain countries.

For next day delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm GMT.  Deliveries take place between Monday and Friday, and deliveries must be signed for if the total value of the order is over £40 RRP.  Delivery to overseas destinations may take a little longer.

You will only be charged once per order for delivery and gift wrapping (if applicable). For example, if we are unable to deliver all the products within your order at the same time, you will only be charged once for delivery.

Please note we will deliver to PO Boxes, but it will be at our customers' own risk; Lubatti cannot accept responsibility for mislaid parcels.
