"Pay close attention to the way you apply your skincare and makeup to your face. I pretend I am my own facialist when I am applying anything to my face area. How can we expect things not to hang from our faces over time, if we are yanking our skin like a rubberband everytime we touch it. Also you want to apply all products on your skin in upward movements and not downwards. Gravity has us covered already, why not reverse some of that pull!"

"Have just purchased the Dreamy Night Cream from my local Space NK store in Harrogate after reading about the products in the You Magazine and Tracey's inspirational story and I've got to say it feels wonderful and I woke up with gorgeous soft smooth skin. As someone who has tried most skincare products on the market and is a skincare addict this feels divine and I'll definitely be trying the other products in the range. I broke my leg last year and my skin has been unpredictable since as I'm still recovering but this product is a joy to use and I now look forward to my night time beauty routine.
